It's crazy to believe that it's only been three months since the server launched. Since the launch, we've grown as a community, adapted, and heard everyone's concerns as a whole. Our community has had its pros, cons, and let's say we've learned a lot as a staff team. Our primary focus as a staff team is to ensure that people are having fun while respecting the server rules. End of the day, it is a game, and we would like to thank every community member who has helped us along this journey. December is all about gifting and giving back to others. We'll be hosting various giveaways in our Discord to non-whitelisted and whitelisted members. Now you guys, probably want us to get into the nitty-gritty part of this update. The next update that we're working on behind the scenes contains the following;
- Mapping & Environment — The mapping and environment team is working on new projects, areas, and business interiors for people to explore. The next update will contain some updated interiors, projects, and areas for you guys to explore. We'd like to thank Glizzy, Milos, and Pyro for their efforts and dedication to this.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠ - Clothing Pack — This has been a concern and request from you guys. We hear you, and that's why the next version will contain an updated version of our clothing pack. You won't be seeing hairs stick through hats and other issues with clothing. We also plan on adding more clothing to the current bundle, and you'll be able to wear the freshest clothing (ps: chains too).
ᅠᅠᅠᅠ - Custom Animations — As you have seen in the server, there have been some custom animations we've been testing. We've been working with people to make custom animations, and we hope that these animations will help enhance your roleplay.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠ - Vehicles — Throughout the past months, as reflected in the changelogs, the legal side of factions received various vehicle changes. In this next update, we'll be deploying new liveries on all Police Department vehicles (thanks to Press), and Fire Department will be receiving a new fleet later down the line. With this in mind, there might be a vehicle wipe (not set in stone yet, so don't get mad), but we're planning to adjust the handling and speed of imports.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠ - Inventory — The inventory system has been something that's always been in the air for discussion. We're not content with this inventory we have now, and in the next update, we'll be swapping our inventory system to a new system. The new inventory system will be similar but more enhanced. Before you ask if my items are safe, the answer is no. All items in your possession, houses, and vehicles will be cleared.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠ - Phone — Another thing was the phone system in-game, and the phone we have currently was temporary until we found a stable or better one. However, we're uncertain about this change and how the community would feel about it. Our goal is to provide you guys with a working system and ensure that you can use your phone while roleplaying. We would rather opt-in to a phone system that's maintained and updated daily. Please keep in mind, this isn't set in stone and is subject to change.
ᅠᅠᅠᅠ - Optimizations — We've deployed numerous fixes, changes throughout the past months that fix various issues with the server. As the server progresses, we plan to optimize and squash the current bugs we have right now. Some optimizations include faster loading time of data, etc.
Before we move on to our staff update, which includes new faces and promotions. The management team would like to address some of the rules that will be updated this week. Firstly a new rule we are adding even though we shouldn’t have to, it is now prohibited to participate in acts of erotic or obscene roleplay with individuals who are not of age, also committing acts of obscene roleplay in public or in public view without consent of ALL individuals present is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action (yes you're required to ask in local chat before performing it). The following individuals have been added to the staff team and we are looking forward to their contributions. Join us in welcoming new faces to the Tester Team and some new faces to the Admin Team;
